Skiathos Town is spread over two hills, with two large yacht harbours full of gourmet restaurants, tavernas, bars and designer shopping.
In 2012, Aries Villas built a complex of three beautiful villas close to Skiathos Town in a quiet isolated area boasting panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.
The family-run boutique collection comprises three luxury villas: Sagittarius, Capricorn and Leo.
Each has its own private swimming pool with outside seating and dining area, all with shade-giving wooden pergolas. Each villa has a BBQ and a bar which is perfect for family or group get-togethers, and a gym.
Breakfast is provided each morning, serving locally sourced fruit, traditional Greek savouries, continental style foods and a cooked breakfast.

Villa Sagittarius is situated a little closer to the coastal area of the Aries Villas complex. It features a beautifully maintained garden next to its L-shaped swimming pool.
The villa unfolds over three levels. The upper level includes three bedrooms with stunning views of the Aegean Sea and a large family bathroom. The ground floor features a comfortable and chic living room that was designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing flow of indoor and outdoor living with privacy and tranquillity. The lower level consists of two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. There is one additional bedroom and bathroom on this floor that have been specially adapted for guests with additional needs or disabilities.

The elegant Villa Capricorn is located on the eastern side of the intimate Aries Villas complex. It’s a firm family favourite because of the unique circular swimming pool with an adjoining shallow section to keep children, and anyone less confident, at a nice depth. It has an extensive ‘floating’ deck area with open vistas towards the sea creating an infinity style pool feel for relaxed and fun family poolside adventures.
Situated over three levels, Villa Capricorn boasts a spacious and light living room with a veranda and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. It absolutely makes the most of the spectacular views of the blue Aegean Sea set against the rolling green hills of the coastal bluff below. The upper level includes three spacious and bright bedrooms, one with an en-suite, along with a large family bathroom. The lower level comprises another two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a second fully equipped kitchen with its own private entrance. This makes it perfect for two families to share but giving a little privacy when required.

On the western side of the intimate Aries Villas complex is Villa Leo. This villa offers an extra touch of privacy and tranquillity and of course exceptional views out over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea towards the neighbouring islands Skopelos and Alonissos.
Split over three levels, Villa Leo has relaxed sitting and dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level. On the upper level are two bright and spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite WC, a single bedroom and a large family bathroom. On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a hidden veranda area, which makes it perfect for two families to share but have a little privacy when required.
Villa Leo’s interior design is modern and fresh. The outdoor area benefits from a large swimming pool, garden area and a fantastic 180 degree vista of the surrounding area. This is ultimate holiday living for those looking for privacy and relaxation in a luxury villa.
