In April, I headed to London where I attended Journeys UK 2026. I spent four brilliant days with over 45 suppliers and honestly… what an experience!

This wasn’t just a quick event. It was four full days packed with suppliers from across the world, all there to share what they do best and how they can create incredible experiences for our clients.

I had 25 dedicated one-to-one meetings, and these are the moments that really matter. In depth conversations, getting to know the people behind the brands, understanding what makes each destination or hotel special, and most importantly, how it will work for my clients.

And then there’s everything in between…

The chats over lunch, dinners that turned into long evenings, and yes… a bit of Champagne along the way.

I was lucky enough to experience show rounds of some of London’s finest hotels, along with hosted lunches and dinners that just kept coming. But what I really love about trips like this is the unexpected bits.

I learnt about nutrition and sleep, and how much they impact our travel experience; I had a go at cocktail making, and even sat completely captivated by an Arena di Verona opera performance which gave me proper goosebumps.

I met some incredible new agent friends, had lovely catch ups with familiar faces, and connected with some fantastic new suppliers who I’m genuinely excited to work with.

And this is the part that means the most to me… My travel family has grown again. That means more opportunities, more destinations and more unique experiences that I can bring straight back to you.

I’ve come home full of ideas, inspiration and a real buzz for what’s possible when it comes to planning your next trip. Because this is exactly why I do what I do… Making sure every holiday I put together is based on real knowledge, real relationships and real experiences.

So if you’re thinking about your next escape and want something a little bit special, you know where I am.
