From our first contact with Nikki, the service we received was amazing.
We wanted to go to Disneyland Paris over the half-term break, and she provided us with everything that we needed.
Remarkably, given the short notice and extremely busy time, both with train schedules and at Disney itself, Nikki managed to get us seats together at a suitable time, sorted an amazing hotel room, and not only recommended but booked every restaurant for us during our four-day break.
We were so impressed with how she managed to arrange everything at such short notice, especially given the waiting list at some of the restaurants, and most importantly it contributed to the kids having an amazing time.
We can't wait until being able to book our next trip and couldn't recommend Nikki more highly.
