We booked quite short notice with Nikki but nothing was too much trouble! I told her our budget, what we were looking for and the areas we didn’t want to travel to (as we’d been there before - we like a bit of variety!) and she came back very quickly with multiple amazing choices!

I usually spend weeks hunting for our family holiday but I just didn’t have the time or the inclination this year so having Nikki was such a life saver!

We chose Makadi WaterWorld in Hurghada and we had the most incredible time! Our two teenagers loudly stated it was ‘the best holiday ever!’ ON THE SECOND DAY! The hotel was amazing, all the staff were brilliant, the food was fantastic and the area absolutely stunning.
