I'd like to thank Nikki for making our trip to Florence recently a very memorable one, for a very special friend's 60th. She took care of everything for us, including booking all of the flights and hotel. And also assisted with advice on parking the car at Gatwick Airport.

Nikki makes it so easy with preparation of all our required boarding passes and documents, taking away the worry of having to labour through it yourself. I’m sure we will be booking further trips with her!
