We left our holiday plans to the last minute, as usual. But Nikki quickly gave us loads of options to think about, including a brilliant cruise. We decided to check out other options as well and Nikki was really patient and helpful as we changed our minds (a few times) and eventually went back to book the cruise. She was really efficient and kept us informed throughout the booking process. She even sent us off with a little gift and was the first to ask how the holiday had been when we returned!
