Nikki at NC Travel was so helpful and patient with our holiday search back in January. It was our first in three years and I put a lot of pressure on myself for it to be perfect.
I really only gave Nikki a budget, types of location we like eg near a beach, near a local town or resort and a good kids swimming pool. Nikki the same day came back with ten options that were across Europe.
Nikki understood what we liked from those she sent and found some great suggestions we never considered, and recommended one place in particular. Nikki even had two different times of year to get options for us. Without Nikki's expertise we would still be looking now in June.
Nikkis's ability to take a rough idea on what we wanted was so refreshing. It saved me and my wife so much time and stress researching locations, areas, resorts and all the other bits you do when you have a four year old. It honestly probably saved us weeks and our stress levels. I felt so confident with Nikki's recommendation that we booked that over our initial top picks.
Nikki even managed to change the date we flew after booking and the money we saved going a few days before half term we could upgrade to all inclusive, even after the airlines admin fees.
Nikki does all the advanced online bookings for you, prints out your boarding pass, books you into fast track security and lounges. I am so used to doing all the advanced online check ins and print offs that I had a panic the night before and then remembered Nikki had done it all for us. Nikki also gave us the most up to date guidance on what the entry requirements were and also her advice was 100% better than what we found online and we didn't even have to queue at the airport in Spain.
Any anxiety I had about staying in a mad hotel with kids running around all night and being really noisy were gone. The hotel was perfect for my little girl and also us adults, having all inclusive really helped with a fussy four year old (another recommendation from Nikki), and my wife and I could eat in the local restaurants in the old town or near the resort. We spent our days either at the pool or on the beach.
Nikki thank you so, so much for finding and organising a perfect family holiday even during these stressful times amid the current travel chaos and entry requirements anxiety.
I would recommend Nikki to friends, family and colleagues without hesitation. I am already planning to give you a call to organise our next two holidays.
