I reached out to Nikki to see if she could help us plan a weekend trip to a European city. It was to celebrate my father-in-law’s 70th birthday five years ago!

Life and pandemics can throw a wrench in the works, but my father-in-law really wanted to make this happen. There was this sense of urgency, like “it’s now or never,” and we didn’t want to let him down. David, his wife Gill, and three daughters (and partners) were all joining them for a long weekend in Brugge. It was a place we all wanted to visit, but none of us had been.

I had heard great things about Nikki’s service, so I didn’t hesitate to contact her and share our needs. Nikki gave us a bunch of options and invited us to join a family WhatsApp group so she could share her ideas with us. It made everything so much easier and took the stress off our shoulders.

Nikki suggested a hotel right in the heart of Brugge, right on the side of a canal. She also booked a train ticket to Brussels with a connecting train to Brugge. We asked her to book it for us, and she even packed a small travel bag with our tickets and some travel sweets. It was such a thoughtful touch!

This was honestly one of the best weekend breaks we’ve ever had. It might even be the best! The hotel was in the perfect location, right on the canal. We could walk to the main square and the Belfort clock tower in less than ten minutes. It had everything we needed and was clean and tidy, perfect for a short break.

We all agreed that it was a great value for money.
