"I’ll definitely book with Nikki again" - Ranjit

Nikki booked a first family trip to Eurodisney for me which had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. I had no hesitation about who I wanted to rebook with once we could travel again.

She made it so easy to rebook, changing a few of the trip details according to her advice from any updates since our last booking.

She is very professional, and sent messages for things like reminding to book restaurants and downloading the app in good time to enable us to have choices.

The personal touches of sending little gifts for the kids journey and also messaging us on the day we went was really lovely to receive.

I enjoy seeing where she is travelling to get ideas for my next trip - I’ll definitely book with Nikki again.
