I used Nikki to find me a short holiday chasing the Northern Lights in Finland. Nikki was given my requirements and budget and she found me some great options. Booking was really easy. Payment simple. Documentation received and Nikki even added some hand warmers in with our tickets.

When our flights were delayed, we missed our bus connection to the resort and needed to wait for nearly four hours until the next bus. I sent Nikki a message and she kept in regular contact with me, along with the bus company, the holiday company and the hotel.

We arrived at our hotel at 11:30pm - they close reception at 11 - but due to Nikki’s efforts, not only was there someone to greet us, out of hours, but a meal had also been delivered to our room! This wouldn’t have happened without Nikki taking time to look after us even though we were over 2,000 miles away, in a different time zone and -23 degrees in thick snow!

I have used Nikki before to book our holidays and she always comes up trumps. She really does take her level of customer service above and beyond and for that we are eternally grateful and will continue to use and recommend her in the future.
