NC Travel was recommended to be able to fully support us every step of the way, as we embarked upon a once in a lifetime trip to China.
Our U16 girls’ team had been invited by the government of the Foshan district to take part in an interschools' football festival.
The excitement of the trip was overwhelming. However the task of organising the girls and their parents and getting them to China was daunting to say the least.
Nikki took all the worries away from the outset, breaking down every aspect from organising airport coaches, flights, transfers and the extremely complicated visas.
Nothing was too much trouble - Nikki even met with us on several occasions to ensure all documentation was completed correctly, before being sent to the Chinese embassy.
Her first-class service and personal touch ensured that this intensive and complex process went totally smoothly, enabling us to focus our attention on the impending trip.
