Visit the library or theatre to further your knowledge. If you need to exercise, try the outdoor running track, gym or heated outdoor pool and then indulge yourself in the spa.

Quark offers adventure beyond the ship. The zodiac - a small rubber boat - takes you to places the ship can’t access. Hiking is supervised by experienced staff and warm protective walking gear is provided.
If you are feeling particularly brave, you can take a polar plunge into the ice cold water of the Antarctic from the side of the ship.
Back on board, wildlife presentations and support with photography are also part of the experience. There is also the opportunity to pre-book sea kayaking, and for the less experienced explorer, sit on top kayaks are available.
